SHIPPING POLICY
The Suppliers will ship to the customer. The cost of shipping is based on the location of your store and where the products ship from. Where the products ship from is also defined by the Supplier based on their warehousing relationships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
There is a 14-day return policy for undamaged / unworn goods. This means the item must be returned to the supplier within 14 days of the time it is received by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
When a customer requests a return from your site, return the item directly back to the supplier. Please follow the below steps to complete a return:

Retailer messages Supplier to confirm correct return address

Customer sends product back to supplier within 14 days

Supplier receives product in good condition

Supplier locates Paypal email and Transaction ID

Supplier logs into Paypal and uses Paypal email and Transaction ID to locate the transaction

Suppliers clicks "issue refund" and the Item Cost, transaction fees are refunded to the Retailer.

Supplier emails retailer to request transaction fees to be refunded.
